Being in the Pacific Northwest reminds me that spring comes in lots of gorgeous colors –
flowers are beginning to bloom everywhere! The first brilliant colors to break through the dark brown dirt are the crocuses – purples and whites, just popping up all over! Here, Mr. Gargoyle is taking his job of guarding the flower bed very seriously.
The next color to jump out comes from the daffodils sprouting up everywhere. T
he first ones are always such a delight – those brilliant yellows are so reminiscent of the sun that seems to have disappeared behind the grey clouds for so long at this point in the year seem to remind us that summer is just around the corner!
Next up will be the tulips… can’t wait for the tulips!
